On April 18, 2024, the seller issued the commercial invoice to buyer. It stated that the goods were half axle-Part and rings, total amount was 220,596.00 USD. Payment term: 100% T/T, 30% in advance, balance before shipping. Shipment: 25 working days after received payment. After buyer received the goods, and found that only 80% quantity was received. And found that half axle was inferior qualities.
