In 2024, the Italy Company purchased the repainted galvanized steel sheet in coils, for total amount of 600,000 USD from the Hongkong company as supplier. After received the cargo, the Italy Company found that these pipe had serious quality problems, such as rust, scratches, etc. After many time of discussions between both parties, the supplier did not agree for the compensation. After our law firm filed the case in court immediately, and claimed huge amounts of compensation for the serious quality issue.
