Help client recovering loses in the invar trade dispute

On May 20, 2023, the supplier Hapt (Hebei) Steel Co., Ltd as the seller signed the purchase contract with French buyer. It stated that the goods were invar material, the quantity was 50 tons. Payment term: 100% shall be made through LC at sight. According to the details of Items & Specifications as per the contract attached, the material shall have nickel of 36%. However, upon receipt of the goods, the buyer found that the maximum nickel content in the material was only about 14.89%, which was seriously inconsistent with the specifications agreed in the contract. After our law firm accepted this case, then helped client to arrange the evidence in this case; we immediately started the lawsuit against the supplier in local court. And the court accepted our opinions, and judged the supplier violated the agreement, and demand supplier to pay huge compensations to our client. At last, our client covered all the loses from the dispute, and was satisfied with the legal circumstance of China.
