The 2025 Belt and Road Initiative event on the integration of law and business, focusing on international commercial arbitration, featured the 8th High-Level Dialogue on International Commercial Arbitration held on October 23 in Qingdao, Shandong. Jointly organized by the China Chamber of International Commerce and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the event centered on legal and commercial integration challenges faced by enterprises expanding globally, aiming to promote systematic alignment between legal services and business norms.
Multi-Sector Resource Integration: The event brought together over 260 representatives from arbitration, legal, and business sectors. It released Shandong Province’s first Recommended Guide for Foreign-Related Commercial Legal Service Institutions and inaugurated the SCO Demonstration Zone’s Foreign-Related Legal Service Station, advancing the establishment of a regularized collaboration mechanism for law and business integration.
